Our falafel is made from Chickpeas and has a 24 hour preparation and cooking process.
We hand make our falafel and use fresh ingredients for the authentic Middle Eastern flavour. The falafel has been micro tested in a UK certified food lab and you can request the results of Micro Testing results by emailing us at info@wholesalefalafel.com.
