Who We Are
Established in 2008 , based in Edinburgh we started making Authentic Falafel at our takeaway/ casual Sit in place Elfalafel.
As our falafel became more popular, local takeaways and restaurants started asking us to make falafel for them and we began producing falafel for independent businesses.
We have continued to this this over the years and kept the same way of producing Hand cooked falafel with the same family recipe.
